I had a head spa session with Ella yesterday and the service was outstanding. Ella is incredibly gentle and caring, and she consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. It genuinely felt like she loves what she does. The experience was so relaxing and it ended up being the best part of my birthday. Me and my Fiancé went for the head spa for Valentine’s Day and it was very enjoyable and relaxing. My hair is colored and is a bit dry on the ends and they made sure to add a moisturizing mask to my ends because of it! They even massaged my shoulders, arms and hands, and my legs and feet! Left feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Irina did an amazing job with my beautiful Russian manicure! The salon is gorgeous and the staff was super friendly and professional. The owner, Ella, has created a luxurious spa with the latest, cutting edge technology for nails, hair, lashes and facials. I highly recommend this salon.

Got a hair spa and facial done by Sylvia. She was the best. Felt so relaxing and comfortable. And the whole service was absolutely amazing. The hospitality as well was really good. Shout to the whole team of Luxe me! You guys are doing a great job! Definitely recommend this salon to anyone who’s looking forward to try Japanese head spa.

My girlfriend recently got her eyelash extensions done at Luxe Me and honestly I was really impressed with the whole experience. The place itself is beautiful and very clean, you can tell they really care about the atmosphere and details. She was a little nervous going in because she’s picky about her lashes, but the staff made her feel comfortable right away. The technician was super professional and took the time to understand exactly what she wanted instead of just rushing through the appointment. The lashes came out amazing. They look full but still natural, not overly dramatic or heavy like you see at some places. She keeps getting compliments and keeps telling me how lightweight they feel. Definitely one of the best sets she’s had. If you’re looking for quality eyelash extensions in Plano, Luxe Me is absolutely worth checking out!

Diana did an amazing! She did everything so gentle and accurate. She worked with me on picking a colors and choosing the gems. Nice conversations and wonderful work. Staff members were very nice and friendly. Prices are good. Overall I had really good experience ❤️
